慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者雾化吸入治疗的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病利用雾化吸入进行治疗的临床分析。方法:选取2015年3~11月在河南省直第一医院就诊的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组行常规治疗方案;观察组加用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入。观察记录两组治疗前后的PaCO_2、PaO_2和SpO_2的变化情况,比较两组治疗的总有效率。结果:治疗7d后,两组PaCO_2、PaO_2和SpO_2水平较治疗前均有显著改善,观察组的血气指标明显好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的总有效率91.4%,明显优于对照组的74.3%,差异有统计学意义(X2=9.2050,P=0.0104)。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者进行雾化吸入治疗的临床效果良好,可以有效改善心肺功能,较好地缓解症状,值得推广。 Objective to study the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with atomization inhalation treatment of clinical analysis method selection in March 2015 to November 2015 in our hospital 70 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group of 35 cases control experiment.Observation group routine treatment plan;The control group was also inhaled with ambroxol hydrochloride.To observe the changes of PaCO2,PaO2 and SpO2 before and after treatment of two groups of patients,the total effective rate of treatment was compared between the two groups.Results 7d after treatment,two groups of patients with PaCO2,PaO2 and SpO2 levels before the treatment were improved significantly,and blood gas index of observation group was obviously better than the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The total effective rate of observation group was 91.4%,significantly better than the total effective rate of 74.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(X2=9.2050,P=0.0104).Conclusion aerosol inhalation therapy in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical effect is good,can effectively improve the patients'cardiopulmonary function,to alleviate the patient's symptoms,is worth popularization and application widely.
