摘要
对风电叶片质检员培训和考核模式的建立进行简述。采用"四个阶段"(即"学习准备阶段、固定岗位传授工作阶段、尝试练习和轮岗学习阶段、检验学习阶段")进行系统培训以及"四种考核方式"(即"理论考核、实操考核、面对面考核及结业答辩考核")进行考核的结果表明,通过此种模式培训和考核的质检员,能够快速提高工作技能水平,胜任检验岗位工作。
The establishment of a training and assessment model for wind turbine blade quality inspectors was introduced.Through the four stages systematic study,including preparation stage,fixed post imparting stage,trial practice and rotational study stage and test study stage,and the four assessment methods,including theoretical assessment,practical examination,face-to-face assessment and checkout assessment,quality inspectors have been proved as being able to quickly improve the level of work skills and being competent for the inspection.
