夹层复合材料剥离强度影响因素研究

摘要 采用真空灌注工艺制备泡沫夹层复合材料,分别测试了未加工平板、打孔、一字浅槽、十字浅槽PVC芯材以及2层和4层蒙皮结构对夹层复合材料剥离强度的影响。结果表明,不同的PVC泡沫加工方式和蒙皮结构对夹层复合材料的剥离强度有显著的影响。对比4种不同的加工方式,十字浅槽PVC泡沫的剥离强度最大,未加工的PVC泡沫剥离强度最小;与2层的蒙皮结构相比,4层蒙皮结构具有更大的刚度,当试样发生破坏时需要更大的破坏载荷,其剥离强度大于2层蒙皮PVC泡沫。 Sandwich composites were prepared by vacuum infusion process.The effects of the plain sheet,perforation,groove,grid scores of PVC foam,two layers and the four layers of skin structure on the peel strength of the composites were tested.The results showed that different processing methods of PVC foam have a significant effect on the peel strength of the sandwich composites.Compared with four different processing methods,the peel strength of grid scores is the largest and the peel strength of plain sheet is the least.Compared with the two-layer skin structure,the 4-layer skin structure has a greater stiffness.When the sample was damaged,it required a greater breaking load,and the peel strength is greater than the two-layer skin PVC foam.
