电动车格栅进气量仿真分析及试验对比

摘要 在某改款电动车前保险杠格栅造型设计阶段,对机舱内流动进行三维CFD仿真计算。首先通过原型车仿真与试验对比,验证CFD仿真模型的准确性;其次建立FTRD试验风洞模型和标准数字风洞模型,通过仿真分析,比较在试验风洞中与真实道路环境下冷凝器通风量的差异;最后使用CFD仿真手段与原型车仿真结果进行对比,确保改款车冷凝器通风量不小于原型车,进而满足电动车冷却及空调性能要求。 During the design stage of a certain electric vehicle front bumper and grille,engine cabin was simulated by using 3D CFD method.The accuracy of CFD simulation model was verified by comparing with experimentation results.Then,a standard digital wind tunnel and a FTRD digital wind tunnel were modeled to compare the difference of condenser ventilation between the experimental wind tunnel and the real road environment by CFD method.In the end,the results with its base vehicle by CFD method were compared to ensure that condenser volume flow rates are not less than the base vehicle to further meet the requirements of electric vehicle cooling and air conditioning performance.
