摘要 通过比对实验探讨了水中苯胺类化合物测定过程中的影响因素,并对测定方法进行了优化。经过探讨发现反应时间和p H值在测定过程起到关键性作用,通过比对实验得出:加入0.5,m L硫酸氢钾(100,g/L),控制其p H值在1.5~2.0之间,加入亚硝酸钠后放置30,min,可作为最佳实验条件。此实验条件切实提高了样品测定的精密度,且操作简单,减小系统误差,能够快速便捷地测定水中苯胺类化合物含量。 In this paper,the factors affecting the determination of aniline compounds in water were discussed through comparative experiments,and the method was optimized.It was found that the reaction time and pH values played a key role in the determination process.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:adding 0.5,mL potassium bisulfate(100,g/L),controlling the pH between 1.5 and 2.0,adding sodium nitrite,and standing for 30 minutes.The experimental parameters can improve the precision of sample determination,simple operation,reduce systematic error,and can quickly and conveniently determine aniline compounds in water.
