摘要 阐述了保险杠注塑-涂装作业线无人触件、空间静电消除、注塑产品无毛边化的技术和工艺特色,对比了有人/无人作业的差异,并通过实际设备的导入验证了保险杠喷涂品质的提升效果,为今后注塑-涂装行业的品质提升、生产效益提高提供了实际参考依据,推进整体行业的技术进步和发展。 The characteristics and technological characteristics of untouched parts of bumper engineering,space static elimination and bumper injection products were expounded.The difference between manned operation and unmanned operation was compared.The application effect of the quality of the bumper spraying was verified through the introduction of the actual equipment,and the quality of the injection molding industry was promoted,aiming to provide references for practical improvement and promote the development of the whole industry.
