城市规划类水资源论证需水预测及合理性分析——以云南省滇中新区为例 被引量:4

摘要 以云南省滇中新区为例,采用生活、工业、农业和生态用水分项需水预测法,单位人口综合用水量指标法和单位建设用地综合用水量指标法确定新区的需水总量,并从用水总量控制指标相符性、用水效率控制指标符合性、用水结构合理性3个方面进行分析。综合分析认为,滇中新区的需水预测和合理性分析方法得当,具有较好的典型性,能够为今后同类项目尤其是云南省开展规划水资源论证提供借鉴。 Total water demand of Dianzhong New Area in Yunnan Province,which is used as a case study,has been estimated by means of forecasting domestic,industrial,agricultural and ecological water demands,indicator of overall water consumption per unit of population and indicator of comprehensive water consumption per unit of construction land.Evaluations are conducted in three respects of conformity of total water use indicators,compliance of water use efficiency indicators and rationality of water use pattern.The results of comprehensive analysis indicate that the methodologies for water demand prediction and rationality analysis in the case study are proper and typical,which gives a good example for water resources appraisal and planning in Yunnan Province.
