摘要
本研究的目的是建立一套覆盖全省的水质在线管理平台系统,以实现对甘肃省所有集中和分散式供水工程、区域检测中心的统一管理,使水质管理全过程科学化、智能化。研究内容有五项,包括省市县多级一体水质在线管理平台开发研究、省市县多级联动报告管理机制研究、智能检测模型开发建立研究、跨平台系统辅助工具开发研究和基于物联网的在线监测系统开发研究。系统能够显著提升农村饮水安全工程水质管理效率和决策水平。
The aim of this study is to create a water quality online management platform that covers the whole area of Gansu Province,in order to realize integrated management of all centralized and decentralized water supply facilities and the regional testing center,so that the whole process of water quality management can be managed in a scientific and intelligent manner.The study includes five contents:development of a province,city and county multi-layers water quality online management platform,creation of a multi-level coordination and reporting mechanism,development of a smart detection model and cross-platform system support tools as well as online monitoring system based on internet of things.It is predicted that the system can greatly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of water quality management for rural drinking water safety project and decision-making process.
