摘要
以某220 kV变电站隔离开关传动齿轮发生断裂为例,通过断口分析、渗透检测、光谱分析、金相分析、拉力试验及应力分析表明,齿轮的材质不合格及强度设计偏低是造成其断裂的原因,并对更换后的新齿轮进行了强度校核,校核结果显示,新齿轮的强度满足使用要求。
This paper takes the fact for example that a transmission gear in the disconnector of one transformer substation was ruptured,and goes through fracture analysis,penetration detection,spectral analysis,metallographic analysis,tensile test and stress analysis,only to find that the unqualified material and low strength design of gear are the causes for its fracture.The strength check of the new gear after replacement shows that the strength of the new gear meets the service operating requirements.
