Literature Review of Network Public Opinion Analysis and Government Decision-Making Support in Big Data Environment

大数据环境下,新技术的广泛应用,使支撑网络舆情的技术大环境发生了深刻的变革,并与媒介融合后产生了网络舆情传播的新生态。对大数据环境下的国内外网络舆情分析与政府决策支持研究方面的文献进行梳理,对现有研究的重点、局限与趋势进行提炼与总结,以为后续研究提供参考与借鉴。

In a big data environment,the wide application of new technologies has brought about profound changes in the technology environment that supports network public opinion,and has produced a new ecology of network public opinion communication after the integration with the media.This paper reviewed the literatures at home and abroad on network public opinion analysis and government decision making support in the big data environment,and summarized the focuses,limitations and trend of the current researches,which provided references for further research.
