双重机制下少数民族传统手工艺产业化发展反思——基于贵州的调研和启示

Reflection on the Industrial Development of the Traditional Handicraft Industry of the Minority People under the Double Mechanism——Based on the Research and Enlightenment in Guizhou

从贵州的调研来看,在少数民族传统手工艺产业的发展过程中,政府规划活动虽然弥补了企业"微""弱"的不足,但在致力于构建宏大的地方产业链的过程中与企业自身的发展目标出现了偏差,国家在场活动的优势与企业经济理性选择是形成如今少数民族传统手工艺产业快速发展的主要原因,同时也造成了两者在发展话语权上的争议;这种争议是由两者活动特点不同造成的,但不能否认两者配合中的积极作用。

In the development of ethnic minority traditional handicraft industry,although the government planning makes up for the weakness of enterprises,it causes deviation from the enterprise development goals when it is committed to building a grand local industrial chain.The advantages of state actions and the economic rational choices of enterprises have become the main reasons for the rapid development of ethnic minority traditional handicraft industry,and led to the controversy over their discourse powers on development in the meantime.The controversy is caused by the different characteristics of the two parties’actions on earth,yet their cooperation does produce positive effects.
