摘要
胚胎发育阶段是指受精卵至胎儿娩出的发育过程,包括分化前期,胚胎阶段和胎儿阶段。PLAC-8基因在胎儿的发育阶段起到连接胎儿和母体的作用。并且是胚胎着床过程中的关键分子。对PLAC-8基因的研究,对预测野生动物的妊娠结果具有至关重要的作用,对于妊娠早期的基因诊断提供了证据。本实验从东北虎胎盘cDNA文库中成功克隆了具有完整编码区的PLAC-8基因的全长cDNA序列,并利用生物信息学方法对其序列进行了结构分析,为进一步研究PLAC-8的生物学功能及其在胎儿发育中的分子调控机理奠定基础。
Embryonic development stage refers to the development process from the fertilized ovum to the delivery of the fetus and it includes the pre-differentiation stage,embryo stage and fetal stage.The PLAC-8 gene plays a role in connecting the fetus and the mother during fetal development.It is the key molecule in the embryo implantation process.The study of PLAC-8 gene plays a vital role in predicting pregnancy outcomes in wild animals and providing evidence for early genetic diagnosis in pregnancy.We successfully cloned the full-length cDNA sequence of the PLAC-8 gene with complete encoding region from Amur tiger cDNA library and analyzed its structure and property.Our objective was to develop a foundation for further study on biological function and molecular regulation mechanism of PLAC-8 in fetal development.
