长白山北部区域西伯利亚狍局域种群遗传特征的分析 被引量:3

Genetic Characteristics of Local Populations of Siberian Roe Deer (Capreolus pygargus)in Northern Changbaishan of China

摘要 筛选了10个微卫星位点对长白山北部地区的7个西伯利亚狍的局域种群进行遗传多样性和遗传结构分析。研究结果表明,7个西伯利亚种群遗传多样性水平均较高。等位基因数在7.3~11.1之间,平均等位基因数为8.95。等位基因丰富度整体水平较高,为7.5。观测杂合度和期望杂合度变化范围在0.7~0.76之间,种群遗传一致性较低,种群遗传多样性丰富、变异程度较高。7个种群中,仅黄泥河种群的Fis值为负值(-0.01),其余6个种群的Fis值均大于0,在0.021~0.061之间,表明种群内部可能存在一定程度的近交。遗传多样性分析说明研究区域内的狍种群具有良好的选育和遗传潜力,是可以进行持续利用的种质资源。7个西伯利亚狍局域种群之间的遗传分化程度较低(F_(ST)=0.002~0.074)。 Using data of 10 microsatellite loci,we analyzed the genetic diversity and structure of 7 Siberian roe deer populations in northeast China.The genetic diversity of the 7 populations was relatively high.The number of alleles ranged from 7.3 to 11.1.The average number of alleles was 8.95.Overall allele richness was 7.5,which was a high level.The observed heterozygosity and expected heterozygosity ranged from 0.7 to 0.76,indicating that the genetic diversity and the degree of variation among the 7 populations are relatively high.Of the 7 populations,only the Fis(fixation index)value of the Huangnihe population was negative(-0.01).Fis values of the other 6 populations ranged from 0.021 to 0.061,indicating that there might be inbreeding.Genetic diversity analysis showed that roe deer populations in the study area had good breeding and genetic potential and can be used as genetic resources for further sustainable utilization.The degree of genetic differentiation among the 7 roe deer populations was low(F ST=0.002-0.074).
