高镍系正极材料LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_2的制备研究 被引量:3

摘要 用共沉淀-高温固相法合成镍钴氢氧化物前驱体,加入过硫酸铵和改性石墨,对金属离子进行预氧化和电化学性能改性,再用硝酸铝掺杂的方式加入铝元素,并通过溶剂溶解和二次煅烧的方法使铝混合均匀,制得球形LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_2正极材料。通过SEM、XRD和蓝电测试系统对材料进行表征和检测,具有良好的循环性能,在0.2 C下首次放电比容量达200.1 mAh/g,50次循环后容量保持率为86.67%。 Nickel cobalt hydroxide precursor was prepared by co-precipitation method and high temperature solid phase method.Adding ammonium persulfate and modified graphite to the precursor,the metal ions were pre-oxidized and its electrochemical properties were modified.The aluminum elements were added by doping aluminum nitrate,and through the method of solvent and twice calcinations,the aluminum was mixed uniformly.Finally,the spherical LiNi0.8Co0.15Al0.05O2 cathode materials were prepared.The materials were characterized and tested by SEM,XRD,EDS and blue electrical test system.The results show that the materials have good cycle performance.The first discharge specific capacity is 200.1 mAh/g at 0.2,and the capacity retention rate is 86.67%after 50 cycles.
