基于LTC3300-1的电动汽车锂电池组主动均衡系统研究 被引量:5

摘要 电动汽车动力电池组由单体电池串并联而成,由于单体电池之间存在不一致性,因此,电池组的性能和寿命受到严重影响。电池均衡系统可以降低单体电池之间的不一致性,延长电池使用寿命。采用电池管理芯片LTC6804-2与电池均衡芯片LTC3300-1,设计了一套能量双向转移型电池主动均衡系统,并用12节锂电池进行实验。实验结果表明该均衡系统可以有效降低单体电池之间的电压差,均衡效果明显,因此,该均衡系统对提高单体电池的一致性和延长电池组的使用寿命具有重要的应用价值。 The power battery of electric vehicle consists of many lithium cells in series-parallel connection.There is a certain inconsistency among the cells,so the performance and service life of the battery pack is affected seriously.Battery equalizing system can reduce the inconsistency of the cells,so as to prolong the battery life.An active equalizing control system was designed to transfer energy in two ways for lithium battery pack.And the battery monitoring chip LTC6804-2 and battery balance chip LTC3300-1 were used in the designed system.The experiment was done with 12 lithium cells.The experiment results show that this system can reduce the voltage difference among cells effectively and has obvious balancing effect.Therefore,the active equalizing system has important application value in improving the cells consistency and increasing the service life of the battery pack.
