摘要
制备了壳聚糖包覆粉煤灰(CWF)作为处理印染废水的絮凝剂,用FTIR和SEM进行了表征。CWF在紫外光的作用下,可以有效地降解二甲酚橙废水。讨论了絮凝剂的投加量、降解时间和温度的影响。确定了最佳降解废水的条件,30℃时投加量0.125 g/L、降解时间90 min,二甲酚橙脱色率趋于稳定。并且与壳聚糖、粉煤灰的降解效果做了比较,发现CWF的处理效果最好。CWF增加吸附比表面积,增强吸附效果。在紫外光照射下,对二甲酚橙同时发生了催化降解和吸附过程,脱色率达到了90%以上。
The chitosan wrapping fly ash(CWF)was synthesized which served as the flocculant for treating printing and dyeing waste water and its performance was characterized using FTIR and SEM.Under the function of ultraviolet lights,CWF could degrade xylenol orang wastewater effectively.The flocculation experiments were carried out as a function of additive amount of flocculants,degradation time and temperature.It is found that the decolourization ratio reaches equilibrium within 90 min when the additive amount is 0.125 g/L at 30℃.The declourization ratio of CWF is higher than that on chitosan and fly ash,respectively.The absorptive specific surface area of CWF is increased,and absorption efficiency enhances accordingly.Under the function of ultraviolet lights,the catalytic degradation and adsorption process synchronized for xylenol orang and the declourization ratio reaches more than 90%.
