Study on Anxiety and Depression of Clinical Professional Postgraduates

目的研究在读临床专业型硕士研究生焦虑和抑郁状态。方法选择综合医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)为评价方式,以我校在读的临床专业型研究生为研究对象,以在我校同期在读的非临床专业型研究生为对照,分析对比调查的结果。结果我校在读的临床专业型和非专业型硕士研究生焦虑因子平均得分分别为(5.27±1.34)分和(4.18±1.05)分;抑郁因子平均得分分别为(4.59±1.66)分和(3.83±1.14)分;抑郁严重度指数平均得分分别为(0.89±0.24)和(0.57±0.16)。组间各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在读临床专业型硕士研究生的焦虑抑郁和抑郁的比例均高于在我校同期在读的非临床专业型研究生。临床专业型硕士研究生的心理问题较为突出,应该尽早发现,尽早治疗,努力提高临床专业型硕士研究生的心理健康水平。

Objective To study the anxiety and depression of clinical postgraduates.Methods The hospital anxeity and depression scale and self-rating depression scale were selected as the evaluation methods.The clinical professional graduate students were selected as the research objects,and the non-clinical professional graduate students were taken as the control,and the results of comparative investigation were analyzed.Results The average score of anxiety factors for clinical and non professional postgraduate students in our university was(5.27±1.34)points and(4.18±1.05)points respectively.The average scores of depression factors were(4.59±1.66)points and(3.83±1.14)points respectively.The mean scores of depression severity index were(0.89±0.24)and(0.57±0.16)respectively.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of anxiety,depression and depression of clinical postgraduates was higher than that of non-clinical postgraduates.The psychological problems of clinical postgraduates are more prominent.We should find out the question as soon as possible,treat it as early as possible,and strive to improve the level of mental health.
