摘要
目的探讨细节管理模式在供应室护理管理中的应用价值。方法本院供应室2015年11月—2016年10月未实施细节管理模式为对照组,2016年11月—2017年10月实施细节管理模式为观察组,比较两组的临床满意度和护理质量。结果观察组护理人员对供应室的临床满意度(包装满意度、服务满意度、发放满意度、回收满意度)、护理质量评价(安全识别能力、服务意识、风险防范意识)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者院内感染发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组器械消毒质量不合格率、器械包装质量不合格率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理模式可提高供应室护理管理的护理质量,提高其认可度,并降低医疗风险。
Objective To investigate application value of detail management model in supply room nursing management.Methods The supply room of our hospital from November 2015 to October 2016 did not implement the detailed management mode as the control group,and the supply room of our hospital from November 2016 to October 2017 implemented the detail management mode as the observation group.The clinical satisfaction and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical satisfaction(packing satisfaction,service satisfaction,satisfaction degree,recovery satisfaction)and nursing quality evaluation(safety identification,service awareness,the risk prevention consciousness)of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The unqualified rate of instrument disinfection quality and instrument packaging quality of observation group were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail management model can improve nursing quality of nursing management in supply room,which can improve its recognition and reduce medical risk.
