过敏性休克患者应用小剂量肾上腺激素的疗效 被引量：2

The Efficacy of Small Dose Adrenalin in Patients With Anaphylactic Shock

摘要 目的探究使用不同剂量肾上腺素抢救过敏性休克患者的治疗效果和不良反应。方法选取我院收治的过敏性休克患者50例作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各25例患者。研究组进行小剂量肾上腺激素静注,对照组进行常规剂量皮下注射或静注,观察和比较研究组与对照组的治疗效果和不良反应。结果研究组的治疗效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在各个时期的不良反应,与对照组相比显著减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用小剂量静脉注射肾上腺素是对过敏性休克患者进行抢救的一种有效的措施。
