摘要
为探讨舍饲半舍饲条件下甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳规律及哺乳羔羊生长规律,试验以25只二胎次甘肃高山细毛羊泌乳母羊和29只哺乳期羔羊为研究对象,测定母羊2~75d的泌乳量以及哺乳期羔羊1~75d体重变化。结果表明:甘肃高山细毛羊产后2~75d泌乳曲线符合Wood模型;羔羊性别对母羊泌乳量和泌乳曲线方程参数无显著影响(P>0.05);羔羊累积生长曲线呈近似直线变化,且羔羊体重增长量与母羊的泌乳量呈极强正相关(r=0.988)。研究结果表明,甘肃高山细毛羊母羊泌乳曲线具有泌乳初期上升速度快,泌乳高峰期出现较早且峰值较高,泌乳后期下降速度较快的特点。羔羊生长规律表现出生后1~10日龄日增重快速增加,11~50日龄日增重平稳上升,50~75日龄日增重波动下降。
This research was conducted to investigate the lactating law and growing law of lambs during lactation period of Gansu Alpine Fine Wool sheep under confinement and semi-confinement raising condition.Twenty-five second-parity Gansu alpine fine wool sheep ewes and 29 lambs were used,and the milk production of ewes from 2 to 75 days and the body weight of lambs from 1 to 75 days were determined.The results showed that the total milk yield of Gansu alpine fine wool sheep from 2 to 75 d the lactation curve was consistent with the Wood model.However,lamb sex had no significant effects on milk yield and lactation curve parameters(P>0.05).The cumulative growth of lambs was approximately linear.Furthermore,the weight gain of lambs and milk yield of ewes had strong positive correlation(r=0.988).It could be concluded that the lactation curve of ewes demonstrated characteristics as follows:rising fast in early lactation,peaking early and highly,and decreasing fast in late lactation.The growth curve of lamb showed that the body weight of lamb increased rapidly from 1 to 10 days,increased steadily from 11 to 50 days,and fluctuated and decreased from 50 to 75 days.
