饲粮中添加腐植酸钠和核苷酸对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加腐殖酸钠和核苷酸对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标和肠组织的影响。选取21日龄DLY断奶仔猪160头,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂添加3.0kg/t腐植酸钠和1.5kg/t核苷酸的试验饲粮,试验期38d。结果表明:(1)饲粮中添加腐殖酸钠和核苷酸显著提高了仔猪的日增重、料重比(P>0.05),腹泻率显著降低55.85%(P<0.05),血清中二胺氧化酶和磷酸肌酸激酶活性分别显著降低了31.91%和32.16%(P<0.05);(2)饲粮中添加腐殖酸钠和核苷酸提高了十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛高度,增加5.49%~7.85%(P>0.05),V/C比值增加17.03%~21.32%(P>0.05),肠壁厚度和黏膜厚度分别增加8.52%~21.76%(P>0.05)和5.14%~11.33%(P>0.05),空肠食糜中蔗糖酶活性显著提高了50.91%(P<0.05);(3)饲粮中添加腐植酸钠和核苷酸可使仔猪每头增益34.34元。由此可见,饲粮中添加3.0kg/t腐殖酸钠和1.5kg/t核苷酸可促进仔猪生长,降低腹泻率,降低断奶应激对肠道的损伤,增强肠道屏障功能,提高消化酶活性,提高仔猪的消化吸收功能。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of adding sodium humate and nucleotide in diet on growth performance,serum biochemical indices and mucosal morphology of weaning piglets.One hundred and sixty 21-day-old DLY piglets were randomly allotted to two groups,receiving a basal diet and the basal diet supplemented with 3.0 kg/t sodium humate and 1.5 kg/t nucleotide(SH+NC group),respectively.The trial lasted for 38 days.The results showed as follows:(1)compared with the control group,the average daily gain and F/G(feed gain ratio)of weaning piglets in SH+NC group was increased(P>0.05),and the diarrhea rate of weaning piglets was markedly decreased by 55.85%(P<0.05),the content of DAO(diamine oxidase)and CK(Creatine phosphokinase)in serum of weaning piglets were remarkably decreased by 31.91%and 32.16%,respectively(P<0.05);(2)Sodium humate and nucleotide supplementation significantly increased villous length of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of weaning piglets by 5.49%~7.85%(P>0.05),the villus/crypt(V/C)ratios of duodenum,jejunum and ileum of weaning piglets were increased by 17.03%~21.32%(P>0.05),intestinal wall thickness and mucous thickness were increased by 8.52%~21.76%and 5.14%~11.33%(P>0.05),respectively.The sucrase activity of weaning piglets in SH+NC group was significantly increased by 50.91%(P<0.05);(3)Sodium humate and nucleotide supplementation significantly increased net income by 34.34 yuan per weaning piglet.It is concluded that sodium humate and nucleotide supplementation can improve the growth performance of weaning piglets,reduce diarrhea rate and the damage of weaning stress to the intestinal mucosa,strenghen intestinal tract barrier,increase digestive enzyme activity,and enhance digestion-absorption function.
