摘要 Meta分析是一类可以将多项研究结果整合在一起加以分析的统计方法。该方法通过收集与主题相关的研究结果,并将每个研究结果计算为一个统一的指标(效果量),然后对不同研究的效果进行量化加以统计分析。文章综述了Meta分析方法的发展历史、Meta分析方法的一般性步骤、常用统计模型以及该方法在动物遗传育种研究中的候选基因研究、QTL定位和全基因组关联分析这三个方面的应用。 Meta analysis is a kind of statistical method that can be used to analyze multiple studies together.The method collects the subject related research results,calculates each research result as a unified effect quantity,and then makes statistical analysis on the effect quantification of different research.This paper summarizes the development of Meta analysis methods,procedure of Meta analysis,common statistical models and the application of this method in candidate gene research,QTL mapping and genome-wide association analysis in animal genetic breeding research.
