国内外人才发展经验对云南人才工作的启示

The Enlightenment of Talent Development Experience at home and Abroad on Talent Work in Yunnan

习近平总书记强调:实现民族振兴伟大梦想,推进新时代伟大工程、伟大事业,必须"聚天下英才而用之,加快建设人才强国",必须"实行更加积极、更加开放、更加有效的人才政策"。人才工作的开展对于我国全面建成小康社会,实现伟大复兴的中国梦具有至关重要的作用。本文通过对美日韩等西方发达国家人才发展成功经验、我国东部省区人才建设先进理念,以及云南与其他西部省区人才工作差距的比较研究,分析云南在人才发展建设工作中存在的不足,对于云南规划未来人才工作的重点和方向具有一定的参考价值。

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the great dream of national revitalization,the great project and great cause of the new era must be used"to get together and to speed up the building of a country with talent",which must be"more active,more open and more effective".The development of talent work plays a vital role in building a moderately prosperous society in China and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.Through the successful experience of talent development in the western developed countries such as the United States,Japan and South Korea,the advanced concept of talent construction in the eastern and provincial areas of our country,and the comparative study of the gap between Yunnan and other western provinces and regions,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of Yunnan in the work of talent development and construction,and the key points for the planning of the future talent work in Yunnan.There is a certain reference value to the direction.
