云南省高校在脱贫攻坚中发挥作用研究分析——以昭通学院为例

Research and analysis the universities play a role in poverty alleviation in Yunnan province——For example Zhaotong Academy

脱贫攻坚是中国实现全面奔小康的重要环节,高校肩负人才培养和科学研究的重要使命,为探索高校在脱贫攻坚中更大的发挥作用,本研究运用文献资料法、实地考察法、访谈法和数理统计法等对昭通学院脱贫攻坚工作进行研究分析;研究发现,高校在脱贫攻坚中主要从知识、科学、人才等方面进行扶贫,且效果显著;但是还有农户因为思想认识不足和管理不善,产业扶贫推进缓慢,甚至有夭折现象。

Poverty alleviation is an important part of China’s realization of all aspect well-to-do life,universities shoulder the important mission of personnel training and scientific research;play a great role in the exploration of colleges in poverty alleviation,this research uses the literature,field survey,interview method and data statistics to carry out and analysis on poverty alleviation work of Zhaotong Academy;The study found:Colleges are mainly engaged in knowledge,skillfulness,talents of poverty alleviation,and the effect is remarkable;However,due to lack of understanding and poor management of farmers,poverty alleviation in the industry has been slow,and even premature deaths.
