加强义务教育均衡发展大数据资源平台建设及运用,不仅能提高义务教育阶段学校的管理水平和教学水平,还能有效推进优质教育资源的共享,促进教育公平,进而实现义务教育均衡发展终极价值追求目标——教育公平。结合西部贫困地区乌蒙山区云南片区义务教育均衡发展信息化建设实际,探讨建设义务教育均衡发展大数据资源平台及运用对西部贫困地区推进义务教育均衡发展的影响和作用,为西部贫困地区推进义务教育均衡发展提供参考。

Strengthening the balanced development of compulsory education as well as the construction and application of big data resources platform can not only improve the management level and teaching level of the compulsory education,but also effectively promote the sharing of high quality education resources and the equity of education,and realize the goal of the ultimate value of the balanced development of compulsory education,the educational equity.Based on the information construction of the balanced development of compulsory education of the impoverished areas of Yunnan region of Wumeng Mountainous Area in the Western China,the paper discusses the impact and role of the balanced development of the construction of compulsory education on the balanced development of compulsory education in the poor areas in Western China,and to provide reference for the promotion of the balanced development of compulsory education in those areas.
