高职学生心理弹性的现状研究——以福州某高职院校为例 被引量:5

摘要 目的:调查高职学生心理弹性状况,探讨在积极心理学背景下的心理弹性提升途径。方法:主要采用心理弹性量表,对318名大学一年级高职学生进行问卷调查。结果:性别、是否为独生子女、学生干部经历、恋爱经历对95后高职学生心理弹性情况具有显著性影响:(1)男生的心理弹性优于女生;(2)独生子女的心理弹性优于非独生子女;(3)具有学生干部经历、恋爱经历在一定程度上会提升学生的心理弹性。结论:高职学生的心理健康教育工作应重视全员心育,尊重高职学生的心理特点,构建积极和谐的校园心理支持系统,发掘心理弹性的保护性因素并积极干预,促进其身心健康。 Objective To study the psychological resilience of higher vocational school students,discuss the education strategy to promote their resilience in the context of positive psychology.Methods The totally 318 higher vocational school students who were investigated with Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale.Results It is found that four are differences in psychological resilience in such aspects as the only child,different genders,student cadre work experience and have a love affair.Conclusion The score of resilience of 95s higher vocational students was average.Gender,whether the only child,student cadre work experience,be in love were all important affecting factors for resilience.Should encourage all school staff to invest in psychological health education work,respect the psychological characteristics of higher vocational school students,and improve their resilience to keep health by constructing positive and harmonious campus psychological support system,exploring protective factors of resilience and actively intervene.
