从SWOT视角看高校行政管理专业的建设

On the Construction of Administrative Management in Universities from the Perspective of SWOT——Taking Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities as an Example

通过对行政管理本科专业学生的问卷调查,借鉴SWOT模式的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四维方式,以黔南民族师范学院为例,分析了当前我国行政管理专业存在的主要问题。结合目前社会对高校人才培养的新要求,从SO、WO、WT、ST四个方面提出行政管理专业的建设新策略。

Through the questionnaire survey of undergraduate majors in administration and administration,drawing lessons from the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the SWOT model,taking Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems in the present administration of our country.Combining the current society's new requirements for college personnel training,this paper proposes a new strategy for the construction of administrative management from the four aspects of SO,WO,WT and ST.
