论“送戏下乡”对安徽省戏曲类非物质文化遗产的传承和保护

On the Heritage and Protection of "Bringing Chinese Opera to the Countryside" for Opera Class of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Anhui Province

戏曲类非物质文化遗产是"非遗"文化的重要组成部分。伴随着工业化进程,传统戏曲文化传承乏力;地方剧团经营困顿;受众锐减,戏曲类"非遗"传承面临前所未有的压力。目前"非遗"保护的措施主要依托数字化建设。就戏曲文化而言,数字化建设并不是传统戏曲传承与创新的有效途径。有鉴于此,政府适时推出文化惠民政策——"送戏下乡"。通过政府买单,充分地调动了地方剧团的能动性和创新活力。戏曲文化传承的地域文化属性与民众的文化需求结合也日趋紧密。由此政府的文化建设职能,戏曲类非遗的传承保护,地方剧团的运营发展,群众的文化需求达到了多方共赢。"送戏下乡"彻底盘活了戏曲类"非遗"保护和传承的系统。

The intangible cultural heritage of operas is an important part of the intangible cultural heritage.Along with the industrialization process,the traditional opera culture becomes weak,and the local theatrical troupes are struggling,resulting in the reeducation of the audience and the unprecedented pressure of inheriting traditional opera.At present,the measures of intangible cultural heritage protection are mainly based on digital construction.As far as opera culture is concerned,digital construction is not an effective way to inherit and innovate traditional operas.In view of this,the government launched the cultural policy--“bringing Chinese opera to the countryside”.Through the government payment,the mobilization and creativity of local troupes have been mobilized.The combination of regional cultural attributes of traditional opera culture and the cultural needs of the people are becoming increasingly close.Therefore,the cultural construction function of the government,the heritage protection of the traditional opera,the operation and development of the local opera troupe,and the cultural needs of the masses has reached a multilevel win-win situation.“Bringing Chinese opera to the countryside”completely revitalize the opera class of intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance system.
