摘要
为解决染料废水污染问题,以明胶(GE)和蒙脱土(MMT)为原料,戊二醛为交联剂,制备GE/MMT复合材料.以该复合材料吸附水中的结晶紫(CV),研究吸附时间、吸附剂用量以及CV初始浓度对吸附性能的影响,并对吸附动力学和吸附等温模型进行分析.结果显示,GE/MMT对CV具有优良的吸附能力,吸附量最高可达497.17mg/g.该复合材料对CV的吸附量随吸附时间和CV初始浓度的增加而增大,随着吸附剂用量的增大而减小.GE/MMT对结晶紫的吸附过程更符合准二级动力学模型和Freundlich模型.
In order to solve the increasingly prominent pollution problem of dye wastewater,with gelatin(GE)and montmorillonite(MMT)as the raw materials and glutaraldehyde as the crosslinking agent,the gelatin/montmorillonite(GE/MMT)composites were prepared the composites were applied to adsorb crystal violet(CV).The influences of adsorption time,adsorbent dosage and initial dye concentration on the adsorption performance were studied.Meanwhile,the adsorption kinetics and adsorption isothermal model were analyzed.The results show that GE/MMT had excellent adsorption capacity for CV,and its maximum adsorption capacity is 497.17 mg/g.With the increasing of adsorption time and initial dye concentration,the adsorption capacity increased.But the adsorption capacity decreased with the increasing of adsorbent dosage.The adsorption process of CV by GE/MMT was in accordance with pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Freundlich model.
