自主足-踝功能训练对扁平足足弓形态影响分析

Influence of autonomic foot ankle function training on arch shape of flat foot

目的观察和探讨自主足-踝功能训练对扁平足足弓形态影响。方法选择在校大学生320例进行足部功能评定和足印图采集,收录符合纳入标准的48例,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组,每组24例患者。观察组患者采用足-踝功能训练,对照组采用矫形鞋垫治疗,治疗周期为一年,观察比较两组患者的足弓形态的变化,如足弓比值,内侧、外侧纵弓角度及舟骨结节距离等。结果训练前,两组患者的足弓比值、内侧,外侧纵弓角度及舟骨结节距离差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。训练后3、6和12个月观察组的足弓比值、内侧、外侧纵弓角度及舟骨结节距离相比均显著高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自主足-踝功能训练对改善扁平足患者临床症状是有积极意义的,可以经济有效的改善国人足踝功能健康,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe and study the efficacy of autonomic foot ankle function training on arch shape of flat foot.Methods Three hundred and twenty college students from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected for foot function assessment and footprints collection.Forty-eight patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,24 cases in each group.The patients of observation group were treated with foot ankle function training,while the patients of control group were treated with orthopaedic insole.The treatment period was one year.The changes of foot arch of the two groups were compared,such as foot arch ratio,medial and lateral longitudinal arch angle and scaphoid tubercle distance.Results Before training,there was no statistically significant difference in the foot arch ratio,medial and lateral longitudinal arch angle and scaphoid tubercle distance between the two groups(P>0.05).3,6 and 12 months after training,the foot arch ratio,medial and lateral longitudinal arch angle and scaphoid tubercle distance in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The autonomic foot ankle function training is of positive significance in improving the clinical symptoms of flat foot patients.It can improve the health of the Chinese foot and ankle economically and effectively,and it is worth popularizing.
