中西医结合治疗稳定型心绞痛患者的临床进展研究

Clinical progress of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of patients with stable angina pectoris

稳定型心绞痛是一种临床最常见的心血管疾病之一,发病机制主要是由于冠状动脉供血不足导致心肌缺血缺氧,进而发生心肌坏死所致。一般心绞痛患者发作时常有前胸疼痛症状,舌下含服硝酸甘油可明显缓解,临床上治疗也以药物为主。随着我国的人口老龄化,心血管等老年疾病的逐年上升,严重危害老年人口生命健康,影响患者生存质量。心绞痛属于常见疾病,发展速度快,需要及时治疗。临床表现为气喘、休克甚至心力衰竭。近些年由于人们生活习惯与生活方式的改变,临床发病率正在不断上升。改善患者临床症状,减轻心脏负荷,提高心功能分级成为研究重点本文对稳定型心绞痛患者的中西医治疗现状和发展进行综述。

The stable angina pectoris is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases.The pathogenesis is mainly caused by coronary artery insufficiency,which leads to myocardial ischemia and hypoxia,and then leads to myocardial necrosis.In general,the angina pectoris patients often have the clinical symptoms of chest pain that can be relieved by the sublingual nitroglycerin.In clinical practice,the drug treatment is majorly applied.With the aging of the population in China,cardiovascular diseases and other elderly diseases are increasing year by year,which seriously endangers the life and health of the elderly and affects the quality of life of the patients.Angina is a common disease with rapid development and requires prompt treatment.The clinical manifestations were asthma,shock and even heart failure.In recent years,due to changes in people's living habits and lifestyles,the incidence of clinical disease is rising.To improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the heart load,improve the classification of cardiac function is the focus of the study.This article is a review of the current status and development of Chinese and Western medicine for stable angina patients.
