温针刺联合健脾祛痰在体重正常型多囊卵巢综合征患者中的应用效果研究

Application of warm needling combined with invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm in patients with normal weight polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探究温针刺联合健脾祛痰在体重正常型多囊卵巢综合征患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年7月~2017年9月98例在我院接受治疗的多囊卵巢综合征患者,按照治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。对照组采用健脾祛痰治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合稳针刺治疗,比较两组患者的子宫内膜及卵泡情况,卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_2)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FIN)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)。结果治疗后观察组和对照组子宫内膜厚度及成熟卵泡数量均有提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血糖及胰岛素水平均显著降低,且观察组FPG、FIN及HOMA-HR水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FSH及E_2水平降低,LH及T水平均升高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针刺联合健脾祛痰治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of warm needling combined with Invigorating the spleen and eliminating phlegm in patients with normal weight polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Ninety-eight patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from July 2016 to September 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm.The observation group was treated with stable acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The endometrium and follicular conditions of the two groups were compared,including the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),fasting blood glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FIN),insulin resistance,and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR).Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness and the number of mature follicles in the observation group and the control group were increased,and that in observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose and insulin levels in the two groups were significantly decreased,and the levels of FPG,FIN and HOMA-HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and E2 in the observation group decreased,while the levels of LH and T increased.The difference was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needling combined with invigorating spleen and eliminating phlegm is effective in treating polycystic ovary syndrome.It is worthy of clinical application.
