消银颗粒对银屑病患者血清VEGF、TNF、白细胞介素及T细胞亚群的影响

Effect of Xiaoyin granule on serum VEGF, TNF, interleukin and T cell subsets with psoriasis

目的探讨消银颗粒对银屑病患者血清VEGF、TNF、白细胞介素及T细胞亚群的影响。方法选择2016年2月~2017年10月本院收治的银屑病患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例,对照组实施窄谱中波持续照射,观察组在对照组基础之上持续口服消银颗粒,比较治疗后两组TNF-α、IL-6变化情况,治疗过程中(治疗前,干预后4周、8周及12周)VEGF变化趋势,统计治疗后细胞免疫相关指标(CD4^+T淋巴细胞、CD8^+T淋巴细胞水平及CD4^+/CD8^+水平)变化情况。结果治疗后观察组TNF-α及IL-6水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),干预后4周、8周及12周,观察组VEGF水平大于对照组(P<0.05),CD4^+T淋巴细胞、CD8^+T淋巴细胞水平大于对照组(P<0.05),CD4^+/CD8^+水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对银屑病患者使用消银颗粒治疗,能有效降低机体炎症反应,减轻疾病对血管内皮细胞的损伤,提高细胞免疫能力。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xiaoyin granule on serum VEGF,TNF,interleukin and T cell subsets with psoriasis.Methods Eighty patients with psoriasis treated in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into two group,40 cases in each group.The control group was received continuous irradiation narrow-band medium wave.The observation group was used continuous Xiaoyin granule on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the changes of TNF-α,IL-6,the VEGF trends of treatment course(before treatment,4 weeks after intervention,8 weeks and 12 weeks)were compared,After statistical treatment of cells immune related indicators(CD4+T lymphocytes,CD8+Tlymphocytes and CD4+/CD8+levels)were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation groups were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05),the levels of VEGF in the observation group were higher than that of control group in 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),the levels of CD4+T lymphocytes,CD8+Tlymphocytes in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),the levels of CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of psoriatic patients with Xiaoyin granule can effectively reduce the inflammatory response,reduce the damage to vascular endothelial cells and improve the cellular immunity.
