阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症的效果分析

目的研究阴道B超诊断妇产科急腹症的效果。方法随机选取我院2017年1~10月收治的妇产科急腹症患者共160例,随机分为研究组(n=80)和对比组(n=80),对比组患者行腹部B超检查,研究组患者行阴道B超检查,对比分析两组患者的病症诊出情况及诊断结果。结果研究组异位妊娠诊出率为88.75%、急性盆腔炎诊出率为86.25%,对比组异位妊娠诊出率为56.25%、急性盆腔炎诊出率为73.75%,研究组均高于对比组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者准确率为97.5%、误诊率为2.5%、无漏诊发生,对比组患者准确率为60%、漏诊率为26.25%、误诊率为12.5%,研究组准确率高于对比组、误诊率和漏诊率均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道B超对妇产科急腹症诊断的准确率更高,病症诊出情况更为理想,减少漏诊和误诊的发生,具有极佳的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of vaginal B-ultrasound in diagnosis of obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen.Methods A total of 160 patients with obstetrics and gynecology acute abdomen admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the study group(n=80)and the control group(n=80).The patients of control group underwent abdominal B-ultrasound,the patients in the study group underwent vaginal ultrasound B.The diagnosis of disease and diagnosis results of two groups were compared.Results In the study group,the rate of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 88.75%,the rate of acute pelvic inflammation was 86.25%,in the contrast group,the rate of diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 56.25%,and the rate of acute pelvic inflammation was 73.75%.The rates of diagnosis of study group were all higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of the study group was 97.5%,the misdiagnosis rate was 2.5%,no missed diagnosis,the accuracy rate of the control group was 60%,the missed diagnosis rate was 26.25%,the misdiagnosis rate was 12.5%.The accuracy rate of the study group was higher than that of control group.The misdiagnosis rate and the missed diagnosis rate were all lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound is more accurate in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in department of obstetrics and gynecology,and the diagnosis of the disease is more ideal.It can reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and with excellent clinical value.
