全程信息化危急值管理系统在护理安全管理中的作用分析

Analysis on the role of whole-process informational critical values management system in nursing safety management

目的探讨全程信息化危机值管理系统在护理安全管理中的作用。方法选择我院胸心外科2016年1月~2017年11月170例危急值报告,以2016年危急值报告数据为对照组,2017年全程信息化危急值管理系统持续改进应用后数据为试验组,比较两组危急值报告发出到通知临床护士时间、危急值报告发出到医生做出处理措施回复时间、危急值报告通知及时率(<30min),临床医生在危急值系统做出处理措施回复及时率(<30min),所有数据由系统记录客观准确。结果危急值报告发出到通知临床护士时间M(QR)由3.0(1.0)min缩减到2.0(1.0)min(P<0.01)。危急值处理措施回复时间M(QR)由193(7.25)min缩减到7(3.0)min(P<0.01)。结论全程信息化危急值管理系统的应用可以有效的监管危急值信息发生、传递、处理各个环节,有效的提高护理安全,确保护理质量,同时减少工作量,保障信息准确,提升患者、护士及医生对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the role of whole-process informational critical values management system in nursing safety management.Methods One hundred and seventy cases of critical value reports were selected from our cardio thoracic surgery from January 2016 to November 2017.Critical value report data of 2016 was as the control group,while the data after improvement of whole-process informational critical values management system in 2017 was as the experimental group.The duration from when the critical value report was issued to when the clinical nurses were informed,the duration from when the critical value report was issued to when the doctors responded,the timely informed rate of the critical value report(<30min),and the timely responded rate of the clinical doctors in an critical value system(<30min)of two groups were compared.All the data were recorded by the system objectively and accurately.Results The duration from when the critical value report was issued to when the clinical nurses were informed was reduced from 3.0(1.0)min to 2.0(1.0)min(P<0.01).The response time of critical value treatments was decreased from 193(7.25)min to 7(3.0)min(P<0.01). Conclusion The whole-process informational critical value management system can effectively regulate the occurrence,transmission and treatment of critical value,improve the nursing safety,ensure the quality of nursing,reduce the workload,guarantee the accuracy of the information,and improve patients,nurses and doctors’satisfaction with nursing.
