船上过期药品和医疗器具的处理研究

Research on the Treatment of Expired Medicines and Medical Devices on Board Ships

国际海事组织(IMO)和国际劳工组织(ILO)制定的有关公约和我国相关法规均规定所有船舶应配备药品、医疗器械和船舶医疗指南。然而对于过期药品的处理及处理流程没有明确法律规定,造成很多船上同仁的困扰。本文根据有关国际公约和国内法规的要求,分析探讨正确处理过期药品的方法,供广大同仁参考。

The relevant conventions and regulations formulated by the International Maritime Organization(IMO),the International Labor Organization(ILO)and the World Health Organization(WHO),as well as the relevant laws and regulations of China,stipulate that all ships should be equipped with medicines,medical devices and medical guidelines for ships.However,there is no detailed explanation for the treatment of expired drugs,which has caused trouble for many colleagues on board.From the requirements of relevant international conventions and domestic laws and regulations,this paper analyzes and discusses the methods for correctly handling expired drugs for reference by colleagues.
