摘要
学习倦怠是从心里倦怠衍生出来的一个新的课题。在我国应试教育的背景下,学习倦怠成为因升学失败而进入高职学校求学的学生群体中的突出问题。它不仅困扰着高职学校的教育教学工作,而且严重影响了高职生的健康成长。本文从学习倦怠的概念及表现出发,结合高职学生的心理特点,探讨了环境及学生个人因素对高职生学习倦怠的影响,并从家庭、学校及学生个人三个方面提出一些解决和预防高职生学习倦怠的方法。
Learning burnout is a new topic derived from mental burnout.Under the background of examination-oriented education in China,learning burnout becomes a prominent problem in the group of students who have failed to study in higher vocational schools,which not only obscures the education and teaching work of higher vocational schools,but also seriously affects the healthy growth of vocational students.Based on the concept and performance of learning burnout,this paper discusses the influence factors of environment and students'personal factors on students'learning burnout,and puts forward some ways to solve and prevent it from the aspects of family,school and student individual.
