摘要 外卖市场是我国目前餐饮行业内最受聚焦的市场之一,而外卖平台正处于这一市场中的核心。继百度外卖被收购后,国内目前两家最大的外卖平台——饿了么和美团外卖之间的竞争愈发激烈;而两者的主要投资者,阿里巴巴和腾讯,亦在移动支付、电商等多行业中呈竞争关系。风起云涌的外卖行业中,饿了么与美团的争斗能否让新晋外卖平台的创业者渔翁得利?通过对外卖市场情况概述,对美团外卖和饿了吗地域、服务、宣传等进行博弈,结合外卖平台市场的SWOT分析,从优势、劣势、机会和威胁四方面阐述新平台发展的应对策略,并需要选择推广、广告、物流服务、节省开支、减少亏损、大数据等适合自己的模式作为主要盈利手段,使新外卖市场平台的发展与盈利成为可能。 Takeaway market is one of the most focused markets in China's catering industry,and takeaway platforms are at the core of this market.After the takeover of Baidu Take-Out,the competition between the two largest takeout platforms in China-Eleme and Meituan is becoming increasingly fierce,and the major investors,Alibaba and Tencent,are also competing in many industries,such as mobile payments,e-commerce and other industries.Can the battle between Eleme and Meituan make the entrepreneurs of new takeaway platforms benefit from the surging takeaway industry?Through the summary of the situation of the takeout market,we game the region,service and advertisement of the two competing platforms,combine the SWOT analysis of the market of takeout platforms,and explain the strategies for the development of the new platforms from four aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats.It is found that the platforms need to choose promotion,advertising,logistics service,cost saving,loss reduction,big data and other suitable modes as the main means of profit,making the development and profitability of the new takeaway market platform possible.
