摘要
以企业价值链演变视角,研究传统企业利用互联网技术与方式,通过不同路径作用于企业价值链,从而提升企业盈利能力的过程和规律。"互联网+"的集成效应、协同效应与学习效应帮助传统企业深化原有价值链核心价值,使企业价值链沿核心价值环节向上向下延伸,开展新兴高科技产业实现价值链跨界扩展。"互联网+"企业价值链的深化、延伸和跨界扩展,作用于企业技术研发、产品生产和营销管理三方面,促进传统企业技术创新、产品创新、服务创新。通过对中国国电集团的案例研究表明,我国传统企业可根据自身研发基础、生产水平和市场及管理特征,运用互联网技术及方式,形成"互联网+"价值链,进而提高传统企业的盈利能力。
Based on the perspective of the evolution of enterprise value chain,the process and rules of traditional enterprises'use of Internet technology and methods to enhance the profitability through different paths are studied.The integration effect,synergy effect and learning effect of"Internet+"help traditional enterprises deepen the core value of the original value chain,make the enterprise value chain extend up and down along the core value link,and develop new high-tech industry to realize a cross boundary expansion of the value chain.The deepening,extension and cross-border expansion of the"Internet+"enterprise value chain functions in three aspects:enterprise technology research and development,product production and marketing management,promoting the technology,product and service innovation of traditional enterprises.The case study of China Guodian Corporation shows that Chinese traditional enterprises can form a"Internet+"value chain according to their own R&D foundation,production level,market and management features,and improve the profitability.
