幽门螺杆菌感染与IgA肾病、膜性肾病、过敏性紫癜性肾炎、糖尿病肾病等肾小球疾病密切相关。因各种类型的肾小球疾病病因和病理基础不同,幽门螺杆菌感染可能通过不同的途径参与疾病的发生和发展。幽门螺杆菌感染的肾病患者的发病率、临床表现、肾脏病理损伤及预后可能与非感染者存在差异。幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗可以对某些类型的肾小球疾病预后产生一定的影响,对于部分患者给予根治幽门螺杆菌治疗可能改善预后。

Helicobacter pylori infection is closely related to glomerular diseases such as IgA nephropathy,membranous nephropathy,allergic purpura nephritis,and diabetic nephropathy.Due to the different etiologies and pathological basis of various types of glomerular diseases,Helicobacter pylori infection may participate in the occurrence and development of the disease through different pathways.Compared with non-infected persons,their morbidity,clinical manifestations,and renal pathological damage and prognosis may differ.The treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection can affect the prognosis of certain types of glomerular diseases.For some patients,radical treatment may improve the prognosis.
