瑞舒伐他汀对老年慢性心力衰竭患者氧化应激反应及血管内皮细胞功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对老年慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者氧化应激反应及血管内皮细胞功能的影响。方法选择2015年10月至2016年10月本院收治的老年CHF患者92例为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各46例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,连续治疗4周。分别于治疗前后检测并比较两组患者血清氧化-抗氧化系统指标及血管内皮细胞功能指标水平。结果治疗后,观察组患者肱动脉血流介导的舒张功能(flow mediated dilation,FMD)及血清一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)水平均显著高于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05),脂质过氧化物(lipid hydroperoxide,LPO)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)及非对称性二甲基精氨酸(asymmetric dimethylarginine,ADMA)水平均显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者治疗前后肱动脉FMD及血清NO、NOS、ADMA、SOD、CAT、GSH-Px、LPO、MDA水平比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可以显著改善老年CHF患者氧化-抗氧化系统失衡及血管内皮细胞功能。 Objective To investigate the effects of Rosuvastatin on oxidative stress and vascular endothelial cell function in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Method From October 2015 to October 2016,92 elderly patients with CHF were selected and divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)according to the treatment methods.Control group patients were given conventional treatment,and observation group patients received Rosuvastatin treatment on the basis of routine treatment.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The serum oxidation-antioxidant system indexes and vascular endothelial cell function indexes were detected and compared before and after treatment between the two groups respectively.Result After treatment,the flow mediated dilation(FMD)by the brachial artery and the levels of serum nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and control group(P<0.05),the levels of lipid hydroperoxide(LPO),malondialdehyde(MDA)and asymmetric dimethylarginine(ADMA)were significantly lower than those before treatment and control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences of FMD by the brachial artery and levels of serum NO,NOS,ADMA,SOD,CAT,GSH-Px,LPO and MDA before and after treatment in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin can significantly improve the oxidation-antioxidant system imbalance and endothelial cell function in elderly patients with CHF.
