非小细胞肺癌患者调节性T细胞浸润情况及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨调节性T细胞在非小细胞肺癌(non-smallcell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者癌组织中的表达情况和临床意义。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月本院收治的NSCLC患者110例为研究对象。所有患者均接受手术治疗,术中取癌组织和癌旁正常组织标本,检测不同组织中调节性T细胞、CD4+T细胞及CD8+T细胞表达水平,并分析不同临床特征的NSCLC患者上述指标的表达差异。结果 NSCLC患者癌组织中调节性T细胞和CD4+T细胞表达水平均显著高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),CD8+T细胞表达水平在癌组织和癌旁正常组织中比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。与无淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者相比,淋巴结转移的NSCLC患者癌组织中调节性T细胞和CD4+T细胞表达水平均显著升高(P<0.05)。与临床分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的NSCLC患者相比,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期的患者调节性T细胞和CD4+T细胞表达水平均显著升高(P<0.05)。与肿瘤细胞为中/高分化的NSCLC患者相比,低分化的患者癌组织中调节性T细胞表达水平显著升高(P<0.05)。鳞癌与非鳞癌、年龄≥60岁和<60岁的NSCLC患者癌组织中调节性T细胞、CD4+T细胞及CD8+T细胞表达水平比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论调节性T细胞在NSCLC患者癌组织中聚集,可能与肿瘤的发生、发展及中晚期患者癌细胞转移有关。 Objective To investigate the infiltration and clinical significance of regulatory T cells in tumor tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method From December 2015 to December 2016,110 patients with NSCLC in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.All patients received surgical treatment.During the operation,cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were taken as specimens.The expression levels of regulatory T cells,CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells in different tissues were detected,and analyzed the expression levels of above indexes in NSCLC patients with different clinical characteristics.Result The expression levels of regulatory T cells and CD4+T cells in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression level of CD8+T cells between cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues(P>0.05).The expression level of regulatory T cells and CD4+T cells in cancer tissues of NSCLC patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than that of NSCLC patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Compared with NSCLC patients with stageⅠ~Ⅱ,the expression level of regulatory T cells and CD4+T cells increased significantly in stageⅢ~Ⅳ(P<0.05).Compared with NSCLC patients with tumor cells being moderately/highly differentiated,the expression level of regulatory T cells in poorly differentiated cancer tissues increased significantly(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the expression levels of regulatory T,CD4+T and CD8+T cells between squamous cell carcinoma and non squamous cell carcinoma,age≥60 years old and age<60 years old in NSCLC patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The regulatory T cells gather in cancer tissues of NSCLC patients,may be related to the occurrence,development and metastasis of cancer cells.
