促红细胞生成素治疗大鼠急性脊髓损伤的Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨促红细胞生成素(EPO)对急性脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能恢复的影响。方法计算机检索Pub Med、Embase、Cochrane及中国生物医学数据库、维普信息数据库、中国知网及万方数据库,检索时限为数据库建库至2018年2月。采用Stata12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入16个随机对照研究,包含303只大鼠,其中EPO组152只,对照组151只。Meta分析结果表明,EPO治疗后1、2、3、4、8周,大鼠BBB评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05),6周时差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 EPO能促进脊髓损伤大鼠的运动功能恢复。 Objective To explore the effects of erythropoietin(EPO)on the motor function in rats with acute spinal cord injury(aSCI).Methods The databases including PubMed,Embase,Cochranel Library,CBMdisc,VIP and WangFang were searched for the original articles about the study of the effects of EPO on the motor function in rats with aSCI.The quality of the articles was appraised according to the standard and data were extracted independently by 2 investigators.The methodology of involved trials was strictly assessed.Stata 12.0 software was used for data analysis.Results Sixteen articles of the randomized controlled trials involving 303 rats,of whom,152 were in EPO group and 151 in the control group,were collected.The results of mta-analysis showed that the Bass Beattie Bresnahan(BBB)scale scores were significantly higher in EPO group 1,2,3,4 and 8 weeks after aSCI than those in the control group[WMD=2.577,3.304,4.796,4.121,3.537;95%CI:(1.288,3.865),(1.652,4.957),(2.022,7.571),(2.623,5.618),(1.308,5.765)]while there was no significant difference in BBB scale scores between both the groups 6 weeks after aSCI[WMD=1.981;95%CI:(-0.370,4.332)].Conclusions EPO can promote the recovery of motor function in rats with aSCI,but the effectiveness required being confirmed by the randomized controlled trials of larger sample.
