口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of orthodontic treatment on impacted anterior teeth

目的探讨运用正畸技术治疗上前牙阻生的临床疗效。方法选取于2017年1月~2018年1月在我院口腔科治疗的71例上前牙阻生患者,数字随机分组,分为观察组及对照组,对照组35例,采取外科导萌手术;观察组36例,采用口腔正畸技术。观察两组患者治疗效果,以及治疗后不良反应情况。结果观察组总治愈率91.67%,对照组总治愈率71.43%,在治疗效果方面,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;不良反应比较,观察组(5.56%)明显优于对照组(22.86%),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.33,P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸技术可以有效提升治疗有效率,减少不良反应的发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment on impacted anterior teeth.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018,71 cases of pre dental impaction were randomly divided into observation group and control group.35 cases in the control group were treated with surgical guidance,and 36 cases in the observation group were treated with orthodontic technique.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results The total cure rate of the observation group was 91.67%,the total cure rate of the control group was 71.43%.In the treatment effect,the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;the adverse reaction was compared,the observation group(5.56%)was obviously superior to the control group(22.86%),the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.33,P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic technology can effectively improve the efficiency of treatment and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
