口腔颌面部间隙感染的诊断及治疗效果分析

目的对口腔颌面部间隙感染患者的临床诊断和治疗方法进行研究。方法对其感染位置以及CT诊断结果等进行综合性的分析,确认患者的临床治疗效果。结果对所有的患者进行临床治疗,治愈患者人数为50例,好转患者人数为7例,患者的临床治疗总有效率达到了98.27%。结论对于口腔颌面间隙感染患者,其在临床诊断和治疗中需要借助多种诊断方法对患者的临床症状以及感染因素等进行快速确认。

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection.Methods The location of infection and CT diagnosis results were analyzed comprehensively to confirm the clinical therapeutic effect of the patients.Results All the patients were treated with clinical treatment.The number of cured patients was 50,and the number of patients improved in 7 cases.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 98.27%.Conclusion In the diagnosis and treatment of oral and maxillofacial space infection,the clinical symptoms and infection factors of the patients should be confirmed rapidly in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
