摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是指转录本长度超过200个核苷酸的不编码蛋白的RNA。lncRNA参与了各种各样的生物学过程且发挥重要调控功能,如:细胞增殖、凋亡、周期、侵袭、转移等多方面功能。近年来大量研究表明lncRNA的异常调节可以导致各种疾病,特别是肿瘤。本文就lncRNA在口腔鳞状细胞中的研究进展进行综述。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)refers to a non-protein-coding RNA whose transcript is more than 200 nucleotides in length.lncRNA is involved in a variety of biological processes and plays an important regulatory role,such as:cell proliferation,apoptosis,cycle,invasion,and metastasis.In recent years,a large number of studies have shown that the abnormal regulation of lncRNA can lead to various diseases,especially tumors.This article reviews the research progress of lncRNA in oral squamous cells.
