摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国的科学技术水平也有了很大的提高。食品安全问题一直是我国人民比较关注的一个问题,而防腐剂又是食品生产过程中必不可少的一种物质,选用生物防腐剂不仅可以起到一定的防腐效果,而且能够减少对人体的危害,对于食品安全有着非常重要的意义。本文对生物防腐剂进行了分析并且阐述了它在食品防腐过程中发挥的作用。
With the rapid development of social economy,China’s scientific and technological level has also been greatly improved.The issue of food safety has always been a problem that people in our country are concerned about,and preservatives are an indispensable substance in the food production process.Using biological preservatives can not only play a certain anti-corrosion effect,but also reduce the harm to human body.It is of great significance for food safety issues.The article analyzes biological preservatives and describes its role in food preservation.
