摘要 随着社会的发展,社会对于人才的需求也在不断改变。新时期,我国对于技能型及实践型的人才需求与日俱增,而我国高校作为培育人才的摇篮,对于人才的输出起到了重要的作用。面对新时期的发展要求,高校应及时对高校课程做出调整,使学生在掌握理论知识的同时兼具实践能力,以便其有效地与社会接轨。本文探讨了食品专业课教学方法,从食品专业课方面思考高校应该怎样做好学生与社会的接轨工作,通过食品专业课教学方法上的一些改革来有效促进学生的食品专业课课程学习。 With the development of society,the demand for talents is changing.The demand for skilled and practical talents is increasing in our society in the new period.As the cradle of cultivating talents,colleges and universities in our country have played an important role in the output of talents.Therefore,in the face of the development requirements of the new era,colleges and universities in our country should make timely adjustments to the curriculum of colleges and universities,so that students can master theoretical knowledge and practice at the same time,so that they can effectively connect with the society.The emphasis of this paper is to discuss the teaching method of food specialty course,and to think about how the college should do well the work of connecting students with the society from the aspect of food specialty course.Through some reforms in the teaching method of food specialty,it can effectively promote the study of food specialty course.
