摘要
蔬菜为人们提供人体所需的各种维生素、氨基酸及微量元素,是日常生活中的必需品。蔬菜的安全性问题主要是农药残留问题是关系民生、关系社会的大问题,如何保证"舌尖上的安全"是每个人都迫切关心的问题。通过对灌南县蔬菜中农药残留情况的调查研究返现,其中存在很多的问题,蔬菜中农药残留的控制和监管的任务依然任重而道远。
Vegetables provide us with all kinds of vitamins,amino acids and trace elements that we need.They are essential in daily life.The safety of vegetables is mainly the problem of pesticide residues,which is a big problem related to people’s livelihood and society.How to ensure“safety on the tip of the tongue”is a pressing concern for everyone.Through the investigation and study of pesticide residues in vegetables in our county,there are still many problems,and the control and supervision of pesticide residues in vegetables are still heavy and far away.
