21世纪是依赖信息技术的新世纪,信息技术已经渗透到了生活的方方面面,食品监管部门为更好地监控食品安全,也需要利用科学技术。近年来,信息技术被广泛的应用到信息技术中,主要包括在食品安全管理、质量安全和检测中的应用。本文将深入分析信息技术在食品安全中的应用,并讨论其应用中的不足之处,提出改善方案和建议。
